I’m taking time to let you know how fantastic of an employee you have and how appreciative I am of Logan.

From start to finish, Logan over saw my roof replacements as well as followed through on post installation items, such as a screen repair and caught nails in the gutter and fascia. I don’t know if you know this but Logan tenaciously knocked on my door for the past few years to let me know Topps was doing my neighbors roofs and offered to examine my roof. He communicated the replacement process, called me before and after the insurance adjusters’ visit and their decision, as well as supply, replacement crew arrivals. Logan was here on the replacement day too which I appreciated. In fact, I didn’t get any surprises which was awesome!

My installations took longer than I expected but I know that was due to the weather and supply chain. Today, after Jose’s copper roof installation, Logan came by to deliver my repaired screen and he listened to my questions about the copper roof. I know that I’ll get a 30 year warranty papers and have 2 years of labor warranties on the roofs…but what’s better is that I know that I can count on Logan and Topps to follow through and take care of me, a Topps’ customer!

It’s rarer each day to find people who take care their customers for long term and do the right thing. When I do, I’d like to keep them for life. Logan is one of those people and if I move and need a roof work done, he’ll be the one I call!
